- Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods. You can use the return form in your account for this, click on the return button in your order.
- Return shipments can only be returned after acceptance from our sales department. You will receive instructions for returning the goods via email. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns.
- Return parts must be delivered carriage paid and must be undamaged.
- Specially manufactured items, at the request of the client, cannot be exchanged or returned.
